The clock speed in efficient mode is 2.4 GHz and 3.2 GHz for the performance core, and for dynamic load handling, it rises to 4.4 and 6.0 GHz. This is possible thanks to Turbo Boost technology. However, such a performance increase leads to significant heat generation — 253 W. To prevent the processor from failing due to high temperatures, good cooling is used.
The advantages of the Intel Core i9-14900KF include 36 MB of cache, support for 32 threads, and the ability to use fast DDR5 RAM. The processor allows the installation of DDR4 3200 MHz or DDR5 5600 MHz RAM up to 192 GB.
